Psychologists and Therapists

practicing at Tampa Bay Center for Relational Psychology have a preference for using treatment strategies that have received research support for their effectiveness. Examples of these interventions include Emotionally Focused  Couple Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for self-harming behavior, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression and anxiety. We believe the best care is tailored to the patient’s specific treatment needs and goals and is an effective and efficient form of intervention. Your psychologist will often build ongoing assessment into the therapy process to assist in identifying problems accurately as well as to monitor your progress in treatment. We provide care to you in a caring, respectful climate – appreciating the struggles you are experiencing and encouraging and supporting you in making changes.
