Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my approach to therapy. I know that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or disconnection from yourself or others. Whether you’re struggling to manage inner criticism, longing for more authentic relationships, or trying to reconnect with your values and sense of self, I offer a thoughtful and nonjudgmental space to explore and grow. I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely seen — not just for your struggles, but for your strengths, hopes, and capacity for growth.

My therapeutic style is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Emotion- Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), all of which I integrate in a flexible and tailored way. I specialize in working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, substance use, grief, and stressful life transitions. In our work together, I bring curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to helping you understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck— while also offering practical tools to navigate life with more clarity, resilience, and connection. I view therapy as a process of collaboratively uncovering the experiences, beliefs, and emotional habits that have shaped your current challenges. It is from this lens that we work together to find ways to approach your obstacles in a way that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and leads to lasting change.

I am providing services as a doctoral extern under the supervision of Dr. Kelsi Clayson. I am currently a 4 th year doctoral student studying clinical psychology at the University of South Florida (USF). I received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the Lebanese American University. As part of my current doctoral training, I work as a therapist at
USF’s Psychological Services Center, where I see adults and children facing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, among others. I also work as a therapist on a federally funded clinical trial for the treatment of Alcohol Use Disorder. I am a member of the Florida Psychological Association, APA’s Division 7 Society of Addiction Psychology and Research Society on Alcohol Use. My research expertise focuses emotional and attachment patterns and alcohol use.
