The decision to pursue therapy is the first step toward change and I am honored to be part of your search as you seek the right match for you. I strive to work with clients to promote awareness and understanding as a foundation for continued growth and a healthy, fulfilling life. I am incredibly passionate about how transformational therapy can be, not only for individuals, but in their relationships with those around them. Our work together will begin with creating connection in an empathetic and nonjudgmental space and developing goals that will help you transform your life.
I love to work with couples, families, adults, and adolescents to explore ineffective dynamics and patterns and work toward sustainable change. More specifically, I work on issues inclusive of relational difficulties, conflict resolution, communication, anxiety, stress management, and more. My approach is collaborative, combining your expertise in your experience with my theoretical knowledge and skill set to find you where you are and help you get where you want to go in your relationships and in your life.
Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Villanova University. I then worked in the finance industry in New York City for six years before joining USF’s Marriage and Family Master’s Program in 2021.
